Youth

The Eldership of the Beacon church of Christ recognizes the great potential of our youth. Young people are not only the “church of tomorrow” as some have said, but they are “THE CHURCH OF TODAY.” We have a very active group of young people. They age in ranges from toddlers to High School. We do a lot of things together as a youth group. 

Every year we send several youth to Camp Ida. Along with them we send several adults who work at various levels of staff for the Camp. This year we sent 15 people to camp the first week. Also during the summer we participate in the Summer Youth Series, every Friday evening during the summer. 

As you can see from the pictures we also go camping, fishing, skating, bowling and many other activities as well. We also have a regular Vacation Bible School and support area congregation in their VBS as well. All in all, we enjoy a lot of Christian fun!
